Terms and conditions



The following T&Cs apply to all bookings. We require a deposit of £10 per person for any booking. Bookings are not confirmed without the full deposit amount been paid. Please understand that late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may not be able to be accommodated for Deposits are taken per person therefore each person who do not show up will lose their deposit and the full deposit amount will not be deducted from the bill. Any changes to the bookings are to be made minimum 48 hours in advance, bookings made within 48 hours no changes can be made or may made with the companies discretion. Deposits are non-refundable in any circumstances and may be transferable to another day with the minimum 48hours notice with the companies discretion and subject to availability. We do not keep your credit / debit card details. Therefore if you want your deposit (whichever amount applies including deductions for the people no showed) to be refunded to your card instead of deducting from the bill, you must present the same card that you made the deposit payment.Please note PayPal deposit refunds can take up to 5 working days. We require pre-orders for any sushi menu request to avoid any disappointment. We may also require pre-order for the group bookings 4 people and over for teppanyaki. In December and during the other festive periods T&Cs may differ. For the webform and email bookings it is the customers’ responsibility to read the full terms and conditions.
