We require a deposit of £10 per person for any booking. Bookings are not confirmed without the full deposit amount been paid. Please understand that late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may not be able to be accommodated for Deposits are taken per person therefore each person who do not show up will lose their deposit and the full deposit amount will not be deducted from the bill/ or refund back to same payment method. Any changes to the bookings are to be made minimum 48 hours in advance, bookings made within 48 hours no changes can be made or may made with the companies discretion Deposits are non-refundable in any circumstances and may be transferable to another day with the minimum 48 hours notice with the companies discretion and subject to availability.(excludes December& large party’s over 15 ppl bookings non changeable& non-refundable) We may also require pre-order for the group bookings 5 people and over In December and during the other festive periods T&Cs may differ For the web form and email bookings it is the customers’ responsibility to read the full terms and conditions. If you have any further question, please make sure you contact us before you make your booking. We operate a smart dress code policy. No sportswear, sport trainers, jackets preferred for gentlemen, no fancy dress. Tailored shorts are suitable during our daytime service but not for dinner. It is our policy to decline admission to anyone considered unsuitably dressed. We kindly ask guests to please ensure the dress code is observed and adhered to in order to avoid the possibility of being refused entry to Wasabi. Thank you for your custom.
